I sent them a email from the Nero hospital outlining my partner life threatening illness and date of operation, they the Gym emailed me back still requesting evidence that I had moved away, I had not moved away but simply not using their gym any more as im not in the area. I informed the gym I wish to end my membership they informed me I need proof that I was moving away,but I'm not moving away I'm stay at my partners as her carer. I decide to spend more time looking after my partner and stay at her home. We live over an hour apart, which no where near the gym.
My partner has a life threatening illness and need major brain surgery. The Ringwood Gym that I was using have the worst customer care.
